Sirius Social Care Personal are an Employment Business. We supply short-term and long-term social work contracts to various local authorities and companies throughout the UK.

Sirius Social Care Personal will endeavour to find you regular work. You will be paid for the actual hours worked at a pay rate agreed at the beginning of every contracted assignment.

What will happen after I have registered?

After your registration is complete, assuming your work references are received and all compliance documents and processes have been completed, you will then be we considered for any social work assignments that your skill-set or experience matches with our clients. We will contact you and provide you with all the relevant details of the job, hours of work, company location, clients expectations and length of assignment.

How will I be paid?

You will be paid weekly via our umbrella company partner JSA or an umbrella company of your choosing.

What is an umbrella company?

Having your pay via an Umbrella company is a simple and easy way to work. It involves becoming an employee of JSA’s Umbrella company so that they can take care of all your necessary tax deductions such as PAYE and National Insurance.
